Heel was awarded the kununu Top Company label

Heel has repeatedly been distinguished as a “Top Company” by the online employer rating platform “kununu” and is therefore rated among the top five percent of the most employee-friendly companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Kununu has already been granting the "Top Company" seal to top-rated companies since 2015. This year, for the first time, only the most appreciated five percent of all employers received the Top Company seal.

Therefore, we are very pleased to have been awarded this distinction - based on evaluations by our own employees and applicants - as recognition and at the same time as an incentive to create good and future-oriented working conditions.

Heel fulfilled the following criteria for the "Top Company" award, which is valid for one year:

• 2022, at least six reviews were written by employees on kununu.
• Heel achieved a score of 3.8 stars, both overall and based on employee ratings.
• The rating score of employees in the last 12 months has always been at least 3.8 stars.
